Abigayle

Abigayle and her mom Elaine hold an AKC Advanced Therapy Dog title for doing over 200 visits!!! “Friday was a great Happy Tails visit to a nursing home. Abigayle had her head rested on a woman’s lap looking up at her. The woman told Abigayle she loved her! Abigayle looked up at her with those happy eyes and face too and I told her, ‘Abigayle loves you too’… Life doesn’t get any better than this, does it?”

Dooley and Charlene are such a popular team at the schools that they were actually featured in the newspaper. Dooley is a big boy, one of the largest Golden Doodles we have had train with us at Super Dooper Dog Training. He is an absolute teddy bear of a dog and loves kids. He really enjoys helping students practice their reading skills as he lays with them as they read their books to him. "I can't imagine not sharing Dooley with these amazing students," says Charlene. He is an extraordinary gift.

Gus and Nancy

Both Gus and his mom Nancy are famous in the world of Therapy Dogs. Gus even has his own Facebook page. Recently, they celebrated many hours of visitations. From schools to hospitals to hospice and senior centers, they do it all. And Gus, like Abigayle, loves sporting costumes a plenty.

Diogi and Deanne

"Working in the health care industry this gives me a happy way to spend time with people I love." Deanne used to work in a psych-rehab center where therapy dogs would come and visit. "I saw the positive impact these dogs did for patients and I knew right then and there that this was something I had to do." Her present Therapy Dog is a big gorgeous poodle named Diogi and she's ready to start training another of her poodles. Bentlee, for therapy visits too.
